I can’t believe its the last one! The wheel chose SPAM katsu which happens to be extremely simple. Just panko bread the SPAM and fry to your heart’s delight!
This particular recipe I followed Just One Cookbook’s instructions including the homemade tonkatsu sauce

I left out measurements as they are all to taste and mostly just for frying.
Directions
1. Slice SPAM into the classic shape. In a shallow bowl, scramble one or two eggs depending how much katsu you are making.
2. Pour flour into one shallow bowl and the panko into another. Salt and pepper your SPAM to taste and dredge in this order: flour, egg, then panko.
3. In a pot, heat oil to frying temperature, 350°F, and fry SPAM until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Be sure to flip to get an even fry on both sides
