Day 2 of Cookiemas 2025
For the second day of Cookiemas, I made Anzac Biscuits! I followed RecipeTin Eats instructions exactly so I won’t just copy the recipe here.
I LOVED these cookies and I’m sad I didn’t make them sooner! They are hearty and not too sweet. They’re basically an oatmeal cookie with extra oats! My Mom was nearby and tried it and immediately asked me to make it for Thanksgiving. Safe to say, they were a hit!

I mixed butter, golden syrup and the baking soda according to the instructions.
