Ingredients
  

  • pork adobo
  • tomato
  • cabbage
  • rice
  • nori

Method
 

  1. Slice tomato and cabbage into sizes appropriate for your musubi. Set aside the tomato and blanch the cabbage forĀ 1 minute
  2. Assemble your musubi! I recommend rice, then tomato, adobo, cabbage, and one last layer of rice.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
