  • 1 teaspoon ube extract
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar sifted
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream cold

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, pour in heavy whipping cream
  2. Sift in the powdered sugar
  3. Add the ube extract
  4. Whip until you get your desired consistency! Serve in scoops or pipe onto baked goods
