- Slice the SPAM, tomatoes and onions into large cubes. Slice the daikon into rounds. Remove the roots from the bok choy.
- In a large pot, bring your water to a boil. Add the tomato and onions. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add sinigang seasoning, daikon, SPAM, and whole yellow chili pepper. Let simmer until daikon is soft to your liking about 15 minutes
- Finally, add the bok choy and once those are cooked, your meal is ready!
- Serve with rice and enjoy!
