- Cook rice
- In a small oiled frying pan, cook eggs over easy.
- Using one full sheet of nori, place a thin square of rice in a diamond offset from the nori.
- Add a layer of kimchi then the fried egg then finally one more layer of rice.
- Wrap up by bringing the corners of the nori to the center.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and slice to maintain a gorgeous onigirazu
