- In a bowl, mix dry ingredient: flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
- Add eggs, vanilla and salad oil.
- Mash bananas and add them to the mixture
- Add chocolate chips and blueberries. If you use fresh blueberries, be gentle wen folding into the batter so they do not smash
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- Pour into bread tins and let sit for 20 minutes.
- Bake at 350℉ for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Adjust time as necessary. The original recipe called for 45 minutes but mine took 1 hour and 30 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the bread and if it comes out clean then it is ready.
- Let it cool before serving. I suggest trying it with some greek yogurt!
