Sriracha Mayo Furikake Salmon

Ingredients
  

  • 2 filets salmon about 1 pound total
  • 2 tablespoons kewpie mayo
  • 1 ½ tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • furikake to taste
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400º F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper
  • Create the sriracha mayo by mixing the sriracha sauce and kewpie mayo in a small bowl. Have a few taste tests to land on a sauce that you like.
  • Take your salmon filets and pat dry with paper towel if the fish has excess moisture. Salt and pepper both sides to taste. Spread the sriracha mayo you created in step 2 over both filets. Sprinkle a healthy layer of furikake that covers the whole filet.
  • Place the filets on a baking sheet and place in the preheated oven. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Serve with rice and greens!
