(1 can) coconut milk

(1 can) condensed milk (or dulce de leche)

sweetened dried coconut shreds
(adjust to your liking)

maple extract
(optional)
Custard Topping

egg yolks

evaporated milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to
375F (190C)
In a large bowl, mix Cassava Cake ingredients
Pour the mixture in a buttered or oiled oven safe baking dish and bake forĀ
60-65 minutes
While baking, mix the Custard Topping ingredients until fully blended.
After the cake is finished baking, pour the custard mixture over the cake
Bake forĀ
additional 20-25 min
Let cool and cut portions
