Easy Taco Mix Fish
A super quick and easy recipe for cooking up a fish dinner. Using taco seasoning is the cheat code
- 1 filet of fish per person. recommended white fish (cod, mahi mahi, etc.)
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- oil for pan frying
First, open and taste your taco seasoning to see how much salt or pepper it may need
Make sure your fish is free of excess moisture by patting with a dry paper towel. Salt and pepper both sides to taste. Coat both sides with taco seasoning.
On an oiled hot skillet or cast iron over medium heat, lay your fish filets down and cook through. This should only take 3 or 4 minutes per side
Serve with salsa, rice, greens, or in a burrito!
