Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cup shrimp
  • salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • oil

Instructions

  • Dice your shrimp to desired size
  • Using a whisk or fork, scramble 6 eggs in a large bowl.
  • Add saltwhite peppergarlic powder, fish sauce, and brown sugar and mix until all ingredients are evenly combined. Lastly, add in your shrimp
  • In a large frying pan, add a layer of cooking oil and put on low to medium heat. After the pan is heated, pour in the shrimp and egg mixture. Leave it to cook for about a minute or until you see a layer of egg cooked underneath.
  • I like my eggs a bit runny so I would choose not to flip it. Also, the egg will continue to cook on the pan.
  • Top with whatever you like on your omelettes! In the video, we used sweet chili sauce and a healthy amount of micro greens.
  • Serve and enjoy!
