Instructions
Cook
rice
In a small oiled frying pan, cook
eggs
over easy.
Using one full sheet of nori, place a thin square of rice in a diamond offset from the nori.
Add a layer of
kimchi
then the fried
egg
then finally one more layer of rice.
Wrap up by bringing the corners of the nori to the center.
Wrap in plastic wrap and slice to maintain a gorgeous
onigirazu
