Fluffernutter Waffle

Classic waffle recipe with marshmallow cream and peanut butter filling

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 ¾ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup marshmallow fluff
  • ¼ cup peanut butter

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar until well combined
  • Add milkoilbaking powder, salt and all purpose flour. Whisk until uniform throughout with no chunks of dry ingredients.
  • Begin heating a single serving waffle iron. Pour in 1/3 cup of batter. Then layer both the marshmallow fluff and peanut butter. Then pour another 1/3 cup of batter. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve and enjoy!
