Fluffernutter Waffle
Classic waffle recipe with marshmallow cream and peanut butter filling

- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 ¾ cup milk
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup marshmallow fluff
- ¼ cup peanut butter
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar until well combined
Add milk, oil, baking powder, salt and all purpose flour. Whisk until uniform throughout with no chunks of dry ingredients.
Begin heating a single serving waffle iron. Pour in 1/3 cup of batter. Then layer both the marshmallow fluff and peanut butter. Then pour another 1/3 cup of batter. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown.
