Peel and slice the bulb of garlic. You can prep the garlic to any size you like: minced, diced, sliced, etc.
In a large saucepan, begin melting the butter over low to medium heat.
When about half the stick of butter is melted, add the sliced garlic and let the garlic fry.
Add in the shrimp. Then add salt, pepper, and parsley to taste. Cook the shrimp until it is cooked throughout, about 5 minutes. You can tell the shrimp is cooke when the center is fully white with no translucency. Personally, I hate overcooked shrimp to the point where I prefer undercooked shrimp.
When finished cooking, remove the shrimp from heat. Serve and garnish with a bit of freshly squeeze lemon juice.
