Fluffernutter Waffle

A Fluffernutter is also known as a marshmallow and peanut butter sandwich. Wildly popular in New England, I had my first taste while visiting Kansas City, Missouri. I made a Fluffernutter sandwich on Day 9 of my bread challenge but I wanted to see if it would be good in a waffle!

The basics of a Fluffernutter are simple so its no surprise it would be great as a waffle!

My Fluffernutter Waffle recipe uses the basic waffle recipe just like my Spicy Grilled Cheese Waffle. The only difference is the filling!

The one thing I would advise you to watch out for would be overstuffing the waffle. Mine overflowed and left a sticky mess that wasn’t easy to clean up.
