This Easy Taco Mix Fish Recipe is one of those that is so simple yet can easily impress. In my video, I make it with my brother so he can use it when he needs a quick meal or when he wants to impress a girl.\

The “cheat code” for this recipe is the taco mix. Nearly every grocery store carries it. Each has a little bit different spice blend so be sure to taste your taco seasoning to know if you need to doctor it up with salt and pepper to your taste.

Ingredients
- 1 filet of fish per person. recommend white fish such as cod or mahi mahi
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- oil for pan frying
Directions
1. First, open and taste your taco seasoning to see if it needs salt oFirst, open and taste your taco seasoning to see how much salt or pepper it may need
2. Make sure your fish is free of excess moisture by patting with a dry paper towel. Salt and pepper both sides to taste. Coat both sides with taco seasoning.

3. On an oiled hot skillet or cast iron over medium heat, lay your fish filets down and cook through. This should only take 3 or 4 minutes per side.

4. Serve with salsa, rice, greens, or in a burrito!
