My brother likes to get creative in the kitchen. This Cheesy Furikake Scrambled Egg recipe is something he conjured up by himself on the spot!

The recipe itself is simple. Just add some furikake, cheese, and milk to a classic scrambled egg!
Furikake is a Japanese condiment that commonly is used to top plain steamed white rice. It usually consists of nori (seaweed), sesame seeds, salt, and sugar. There are countless variants with different ingredients so be sure to try a lot of them and find the one that suits your taste!
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- furikake, to taste
- shredded cheddar cheese, to taste
- a splash of milk
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions
1. In a medium bowl, scramble 2 eggs
2. Add a small amount of cheese to your preference. Also add a splash of milk as well as salt and pepper to taste. Mix this into the already scrambled eggs.
3. Heat a pan with some oil over medium heat. Pour half the egg mixture into the pan. Sprinkle furikake to your hearts desire. Then pour the rest of your egg.
